The Heart of The Kingdom

The concept of the “kingdom of self” refers to a state of self-centeredness, where an individual’s focus is primarily on their own needs, desires, and emotions. This self-focus is a consequence of sin, causing individuals to prioritize their personal reality over everything else.
The concept of the kingdom of self revolves around self-focus. It involves prioritizing one’s own needs, feelings, wants, and realities above others.
In contrast, the Kingdom of God emphasizes other focus. According to Matthew 22, the two principal commands of the Kingdom of God are: “Love God above all else, and love your neighbor as yourself.”
The Kingdom of God centers on life-transforming LOVE.
